Emma has been with MSB for over 22 years. She has dealt with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, purchase of freehold title, redemption of equity charges, Help to Buy scheme, conveyancing referrals from matrimonial department and she specialised and headed the New Build Plot Purchase Team.

Emma has now recently joined the Commercial Property Team and now deals with Plot Sales.
