Michael Boland

Solicitor

Michael graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a First-Class Honours degree, before qualifying in the Legal Practice Course in 2015 from the University of Law, Chester.

Michael joined MSB in September 2018, working as a paralegal within the Family department, assisting with international family and general family matters.

During the course of his role as a paralegal he has assisted the head of department with complex international cases, which have provided him with invaluable knowledge regarding legal issues, time management and experience dealing with clients facing life changing decisions in a sensible and understanding manner.

He secured a training contract in 2019 and qualified in 2021 into the Family Department, where he now deals with all aspects of Family Law including Divorce and Financial Matters together with Children (Public and Private) Matters, Injunctions, Co-Habitee disputes, Change of Name Deeds and Surrogacy.

Michael supports the local community, charities and is on the board of C-Magic. Additionally, he provides free Change of Name deeds to the LGBTQ+ community.
