L&D Systems Trainer

We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer Assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing Department. This role involves providing critical support to a Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer, assisting in the management of their caseload to ensure the smooth progression of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and effective management of the planning, coordination and delivery of new employee induction activities and training. 
  • Identify, develop and support our employees with inclusive training including blended learning, e-learning, tutorial sessions and/or mentoring/coaching.   
  • Produce and develop training materials such as multimedia visual aids, presentations, handouts, and guidance for in-house courses. 
  • To be a professional and reliable point of contact for all learning and development requirements, by providing best practice advice and guidance on learning & development activities to our employees and our senior leadership team.  
  • Guide the process for mandatory training and development records, ensuring all training activities are accurately recorded and delivered in regulatory compliance within SRA and Lexcel requirements and guidelines.  
  • Support the Head of Compliance as and when required, by providing accurate L&D employee records for Lexcel, including annual audits.  
  • Identify and review the effectiveness of training programs, resources and propose recommendations to the Head of People and Finance Director on external funding (where possible) to deliver training by external providers.  
  • Professionally maintain relationships with external training providers. 
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of our employee’s internal training. 
  • Collate all requests for specific L&D initiatives coming from learners, trainers, other business stakeholders ensuring feedback and recommendations are provided to the Head of People  

and Finance Director. 

  • Collate any requests for specific L&D training and redirect appropriately for approval. 
  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses and manage subsequent training requirements, in line with our business priorities, proposing feedback and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. 
  • Work with the Head of People to develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and produce reports for the Senior Leadership Team.  
  • Continue professional development for self by researching L&D theory and best practices to meet MSB’s business development needs, which influences our departments and our people.
