Main Purpose of Job:

This role is to provide direct support to his/her Principal to enable the Principal to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include, but will not be limited to, the main responsibilities given below. You will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will involve preparation of court bundles and briefs to Counsel, Drafting of applications for Non-Molestation orders, Drafting Applications for Child Arrangement Orders applications, drafting Divorce Petitions and issuing financial remedy claims ancillary to the divorce, opening files, drafting legal aid applications, and assisting a Partner in the family department.

MSB Solicitors has a proven track record of retaining paralegals and offering them a training contract. Therefore, the opportunities for the right candidate to progress are excellent.

The role requires a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an interest in family law, ideally who already has some family law experience.
