Please join us for this free in-person training event where you can meet other professionals working within the compliance and building safety sectors of social housing, refresh your knowledge, network and keep up to date with some significant changes!

We all know compliance and building safety is a hot topic with numerous developments afoot. At MSB, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of our niche area of expertise in social housing, bringing you vital updates as and when they happen.

During this session our main objectives are:

• To provide a general understanding of the importance of the Compliance Sector in Social Housing, and how the spotlight being on this sector may change things going forward;
• To look at the new Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act, their interplay and their impact on housing management functions;
• To help you understand what tools and actions are available to you as recourse for those tenants that obstruct the process of being compliant;
• To allow you the chance to network with, share ideas and queries amongst peers in similar roles.

This session is aimed at Registered Providers of social housing and their employees.
