We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware solicitor to join our rapidly-expanding housing disrepair team, based in Widnes.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a background in civil litigation. Candidates will ideally have experience in housing disrepair, acting for either landlords or tenants. A broad understanding of landlord and tenant law would also be desirable, particularly with experience in the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will be part of a small team and will receive excellent training and ongoing support in the role. This vacancy offers candidates an exciting opportunity to join one of the North West’s most prominent housing teams and comes with a competitive salary and benefits.
