Renting Homes Wales Act 2016
On 15th January 2022 it was announced that the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 will come into force on 15th July 2022.
Regulation Fees 2022/2023
The Regulator of Social Housing have confirmed that overall fees will be held at the same amount for 2022/23. The fees per unit paid by large providers with 1,000 or more units has come down by 5p per unit to £5.31.
