Amy’s professional background and core competencies include advising on a range of complex matters such as harassment and discrimination issues, TUPE Transfers, Restrictive Covenants and the drafting of Contracts of Employment and Settlement Agreements. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Amy is committed to pro bono work and plays a key role in MSB’s partnership with The Growth Company, a social enterprise that provides free employment law advice to individuals who do not have the economic means to obtain legal support. She continues to lead this long-standing initiative, further underscoring her dedication to providing access to justice in our communities. Additionally, she has been integral to the implementation of the Birmingham drop-in clinic, which provides free legal support to those in need, expanding MSB’s reach and community impact.
