Brad acts for property developers and social housing providers on all aspects of residential and commercial development. He advises his clients across a full spectrum of development matters from site acquisition and assembly, through to the disposal of residential apartments, commercial and leisure units.

Having grown up locally, Brad continues to live in Merseyside and is proud to have acted for clients that are responsible for delivering some of the largest residential regeneration schemes in the North West, including prestigious developments in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.

Brad also acts for clients in the healthcare sector on the acquisition and disposal of their business and property interests, in addition to acting for property investors and clients in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors, assisting them with the management of their property portfolios.
