Daisy Burton

Overview

Daisy is a trainee solicitor in the family department at MSB in the Chester office. Daisy joined the firm in July 2024 as a paralegal and commenced her training contract in September 2024. She has experience working on a wide range of family issues, including complex matrimonial finance, Children Act proceedings and injunctions. She has a particular interest and wide depth of knowledge in matrimonial finance, having worked in that area of family law throughout her legal career and training contract. Daisy is also able to assist with clients who are funded by Legal Aid, and she has worked alongside solicitors on legal aid cases, including care proceedings.
