Overview
Emma Hannah is an Associate in our family team. She has over ten years’ experience in family law, having undertaken a number of different positions in the Family team since joining MSB in 2008. Emma has experience in all areas of family law, but her passion has always been in care proceedings and private law children. She leads a team of two, specialising in representing children in care proceedings.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Emma has recently been appointed to the ESG committee and will be involved in the Family subcommittee.
