Overview
Emma joined MSB as a Consultant Solicitor in August 2015. She has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 2009, representing parents and children.
Emma specialises in all aspects of Children Act applications, with particular expertise in dealing with proceedings brought by the Local Authority. She deals with complex cases, including those involving injuries and proceedings with a foreign element.
Emma is an experienced advocate, who represents clients in all Courts from the Magistrates through to the High Court.
Those involved in family proceedings often find themselves in difficult, stressful situations. Emma has a reputation for dealing with clients with empathy and compassion, whilst always maintaining professionalism and providing excellent legal advice.
