Grace Connor

Overview

Grace graduated in Psychology from Edge Hill University, specialising in the understanding of human behaviour and cognitive processes. By combining her academic background with practical experience, Grace contributes meaningfully to team projects and initiatives. Grace has a passion for fostering an inclusive learning culture and her commitment to professional development helps create impactful learning experiences that align with MSB objectives.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)

Grace is part of the Wellbeing and Disability Committee at MSB, raising awareness on various disabilities and wellbeing issues as well as ensuring an inclusive environment for all.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Grace takes time out of her lunch breaks twice each week to work with an initiative named Chapter One, reading with children from less privileged backgrounds and playing phonics games to improve their reading and phonics skills.
