Hannah joins MSB Solicitors from a national family law firm and advises in respect of all aspects of private family law, with her expertise being financial disputes in divorce. Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has been recognised as a “key lawyer” in the Legal 500 for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Hannah deals with a wide range of financial disputes, from small net worth matters to large net worth cases with significant disputed assets. After starting her legal career in property law, Hannah has invaluable understanding of cohabitee disputes, trusts and complicated property ownership. Hannah also deals with: –

• Children issues, including complicated matters within Children Act proceedings and Schedule 1 applications;

• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial arrangements; and

• Emergency protective orders including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders and specific issue applications for both applicants and respondents.
