Hayley Catherall

Partner and Chartered Legal Executive

Hayley has been a partner at MSB since March 2017 and has a wealth of experience, having worked in family law since the age of 19. She is an Accredited Resolution Specialist in Domestic Abuse and is one of only three Accredited Resolution Specialists in the Merseyside Region for Co-habitation. 

Hayley qualified through CILEX in June 2001 and passionately champions alternative routes into the law, serving as a mentor to apprentices in the firm. 

Hayley deals with divorce, financial matters, co-habitation and children matters including complex issues involving social services. She can provide detailed advice in the preparation of co-habitation agreements in addition to prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. 

Hayley is a Legal 500 recommended lawyer. She has acute attention to detail and works diligently on her client’s behalf to achieve a successful outcome.
