Jennifer Carr

Overview

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to the private client team in our Liverpool office.

Joining MSB as an Associate in March 2024, Jennifer specialises in various aspects of family law, with a particular focus on divorce and financial disputes arising from marital breakdown.

Her cases regularly involve mid to high-net-worth assets which include business assets, pensions, inheritance issues and assets outside the UK.

She further deals with cohabitation disputes and child arrangements, focusing primarily on private Children Act Proceedings.

Jennifer is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for clients. She can quickly identify key features in a case, enabling her to adopt the most amicable and cost-effective strategy.

Her understanding of client needs enables her to offer a bespoke service, resulting in referrals from barristers and other members of the legal community.

Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has represented TV personalities, doctors, business owners and other legal professionals. Jennifer is also a member of the Liverpool Law Society Family Business Sub-Committee.
