Senior Associate

John began his career at MSB as a Legal Assistant in 2008.  Shortly after joining the firm, John was offered the opportunity to attain his legal qualifications with CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives).  John is now a Fellow of CILEX and was promoted to Associate in the summer of 2020, and Senior Associate in the summer of 2021.

John is an experienced and pragmatic lawyer who can provide clear and concise legal advice to individual and business clients.

John’s client base is both local and national and his key arears of expertise include:

  • Debt recovery
  • Claims against financial institutions relating to CIFAS markers, credit file disputes, payday loans and financial mis-selling
  • Civil fraud (defence)
  • Contract disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial only)
