Lindsey Potter

Lindsey graduated from Liverpool John Moores University, obtaining a First Class Honours in Law and Criminal Justice in 2014. She then completed the LPC in August 2016 obtaining a Distinction.
Lindsey has experience dealing with high volumes of domestic violence and child protection cases prior to joining PMC Family Law as a paralegal in July 2016. Lindsey obtained her training contract and throughout this time worked closely with Pauline McNamara and Caroline Hamilton-Barrett.
Lindsey qualified as a solicitor in December 2020 and works in our private client family department.
Lindsey is passionate about the work she does and has experience in a wide range of family law matters. She is focused on achieving the best outcome for her clients. Lindsey is approachable and takes a pragmatic and sensitive approach to each of her cases as she is aware this will be a particularly stressful and upsetting time for the clients she works with.
Lindsey’s work includes divorce and financial disputes arising on marital breakdown. These cases involved mid to high net worth assets including complex pension arrangements, trusts, assets outside of the jurisdiction, business assets, third party interests and inheritance issues.
Lindsey also deals with private law children matters to include disputes between parents and grandparents and cohabitation disputes.
