Overview

Mahan Manu has over 28 years experience in criminal practice having qualified in 2001. He was a partner and director of Maidments Solicitors between 1997 to 2014 and founded Maidments Solicitors in Birmingham in 1997. Mahan attained Higher Court Rights Status for criminal litigation, enabling him to practice in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Appeal Courts. He is also a Duty Solicitor, Supervisor for the Legal Services Commission Franchise and a member of the Birmingham Law Society. Mahan has significant experience in high profile cases of serious fraud, including diversion, MTIC, insurance and banking fraud and serious crime, including representation in long running complex investigations.
