Private Family

Megan is a Trainee Solicitor in the Private Family Department, having joined MSB in July 2022 as a Paralegal. Megan graduated from the University of Law in Leeds in 2021 with Upper Second Class Honours in LLB Law and then graduated from the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Liverpool in 2022.

Megan began her Training Contact in September 2023 and will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2025.

While working within the Private Family team Megan assists with a wide range of matters including divorce and ancillary financial matters, child arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. She has a keen interest in the family law sector and is keen to develop her knowledge and experience in this area during her training contract.

Megan is passionate about providing high levels of client care and prides herself on her friendly and empathetic nature, often helping clients through a difficult and emotional time in their life.

Megan is excited for her career at MSB and is eager to get involved in working with the local charities that the firm support. She is passionate about promoting equality and diversity within the legal sector and will be exploring opportunities to encourage this alongside her work.
