Senior Associate

Melissa’s main area of practise is commercial property. She works closely with individual and corporate clients to provide advice on commercial land or property acquisitions, commercial and residential developments, commercial leasing and property finance transactions.

She also works on high-value or complex residential property transactions, providing guidance and advice in order to achieve the best outcome for the client.

As part of MSB’s drive for supporting the local community, Melissa sits as a member of the Steering Committee for the Mandela8 project and also sits on the MSB Equalities Committee.
