Michael Boland

Overview

Michael Boland deals with all aspects of Family Law to include: -

• Divorce and Financial Matters;
• Children (Public and Private) Matters;
• Injunctions;
• Cohabitee disputes;
• Change of Name Deeds;
• Pre and Post-Nuptial agreements;
• Surrogacy.

Michael works on both privately and publicly funded cases.

Michael is developing a LGBTQIA+ legal support service within MSB to support LGBTQIA+ businesses and members of the community.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)

Michael supports members of his team provide a pro-bono legal service and help those from diverse backgrounds.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Michael is a member of MSB's LGBTQIA+ ESG committee and supports the community with initiatives such as pro-bono Change of Name services and drop-in clinics.

Michael is a board member at CMAGIC, a Community Interest Company that is changing the way Trans and Non-Binary people access gender services in Cheshire and Merseyside. He provides a free change of name service for members of the community.
