Natalie Jackson 

Head of People 

Natalie is a fully experienced HR generalist, Charter Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, after completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2006.  

Natalie began her career in HR in 2004, her expertise is in supporting businesses in the Legal and Financial Services sectors.  She has strong in-depth experience of working as a Head of People/People Partner and has also successfully delivered HR projects at a strategic level. She is a professional person who is passionate about adding value and making a difference to businesses and the HR profession.  

Natalie’s real passion lies in partnering with leaders and employees to establish and continuously improve positive business cultures, coupled with engaging employee experiences and supportive wellbeing strategies.  Whilst also supporting the delivery of comprehensive, best practice HR advice, in a professional and approachable manner.   

Since being appointed as Head of People in June 2023 her main focus is developing people solutions that will help MSB achieve their business objectives whilst supporting the team at MSB to flourish.
