Overview
Natasha joined MSB in 2023 as a Personal Injury Paralegal, where she supported a variety of claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, public liability and matters involving the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Following the commencement of her Training Contract in January 2024, she transitioned to the Commercial Property Team, where she has assisted within both residential and commercial transactions on behalf of a diverse client base.
Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)
Natasha is actively engaged in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives both within the workplace and the wider community. She has led and contributed to a range of events that promote inclusivity and cultural awareness. Most notably, Natasha has spearheaded MSB’s annual Diwali celebrations, creating opportunities to share and celebrate her culture with colleagues. She has also played a key role in supporting initiatives for South Asian Heritage Month, Black History Month and International Women’s Day, reflecting her strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Natasha is a member of MSB’s Race and Discrimination Committee, which plays an active role in developing and promoting initiatives aligned with the firm’s ESG objectives, with a strong emphasis on race and equality. In addition to her work within the firm, Natasha is a mentor at the University of Law, where she supports current students and aspiring lawyers through the application process, offering guidance and insight into a career in law. She is also an engaged member of the wider community, regularly participating in university career fairs, as well as visiting schools and colleges to inspire and inform the next generation of legal professionals.
