Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in various specialised areas, including shared ownership, plot sales, right to buy, help to buy schemes, leasehold surrender and regrants, repossession sales, buy-backs, enfranchisement, and conveyancing transactions in general. Nicola has also delved into title investigations for housing developers, particularly regarding part exchange schemes, and facilitated numerous disposals and acquisitions, always prioritising client satisfaction. She firmly believes that building strong client relationships allows her to better understand and cater to their specific needs.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Nicola actively engages in community projects and fundraises for charitable activities, viewing this involvement as a vital aspect of her work in the social housing sector.
