Philip Campbell

Overview

Phil Campbell is an NQ Solicitor at MSB Solicitors, specialising in commercial property and secured finance transactions. He joined MSB in 2019 and started his training contract in January 2022, qualifying in January 2024. Phil graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016 with a Law degree (LLB) and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course (LPC) there in 2017. His legal career began at a large national law firm, where he worked as a Paralegal in the Medical Negligence and Serious Injury department. He later transitioned to MSB’s Plot Sales team, representing a high-profile property developer across the North West, managing large-scale developments. This experience provided him with valuable exposure to complex property transactions. As a Trainee Solicitor, Phil worked within MSB’s Commercial Property department, advising banks, bridging lenders, and developers on bridling loans as well as also dealing with all aspects on residential conveyancing.
