Poppy Hind

Solicitor

Poppy began her journey at MSB in 2014, gaining work experience at just 15 years old. She later completed three consecutive summer placements while studying for her A-Levels.

She qualified as a solicitor through the Solicitor Apprenticeship route, making history as MSB’s first solicitor apprentice and the first to pass the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) on the first attempt.

Now a key member of the Residential Property department, Poppy handles a range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let properties, shared ownership, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Her clients range from first-time buyers to corporate investors.

With a strong passion for buy-to-let investments, she is keen to expand her expertise in commercial property transactions. As a team leader, she now manages her own team, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues.

Poppy is a strong advocate for alternative routes into law and actively promotes the Solicitor Apprenticeship pathway. She encourages aspiring solicitors to recognize the value of work experience, crediting it as a key factor in her own success.
