Overview
Rachael has experience in civil litigation dealing with personal injury including multi-track road traffic accidents, clinical negligence and group litigation. Rachael also case handled housing disrepair claims working for claimants before moving to the Private and Social Housing team at MSB Solicitors. Rachael was awarded 2018 Trainee Solicitor of the Year by the Mersey Junior Lawyer Division.
Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)
Rachael founded the MSB Book Club to encourage people to take time away from their screens to read. This often includes non-fiction books and books that relate to particular events such as Pride and Black History month.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
As well as Book Club, Rachael takes part in MSB fundraising for charities such as the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Dragon Boat Race. She also co-ordinated the Wirral Coastal Walk, raised funds on World Book Day for National Literacy Trust and contributed to MSB’s ESG commitment by being involved with Social Housing landlord clients and schemes that assist tenants such as helping with garden maintenance.
