Rob leads the firm’s Proclaim team in the development and optimisation of MSB’s case management system across all practice areas. Combining deep technical expertise with a thorough understanding of legal workflows, Rob ensures that our case management processes are efficient, secure, and tailored to the specific needs of each department.
From designing bespoke workflows to integrating third-party solutions, Rob plays a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting the delivery of exceptional client service. Based in our Liverpool office, Rob and his team work closely with Partners, Solicitors, and support staff to continually refine our systems.
His spare time is currently a thing of the past now that he has two children however when possible he enjoys playing squash, watching Everton play and Scuba diving after qualifying in Egypt.
