Robert Lee

Head of Private Client

Robert joined MSB in February 2020 as the Head of the Private Client department. He specialises in Wills and Probate, Conveyancing of Probate properties, Trusts and Estates, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney, and Contentious Probate matters.

Robert is a fully accredited member of Solicitors For The Elderly, and has undertaken additional specialist training in older client law. He is able to assist with all elderly or vulnerable clients in the most appropriate way by being both sensitive and empathetic.

Robert grew up in Liverpool and studied at Liverpool University, and then at Chester Law School. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

Robert is also a Trustee of the Woodlands Hospice. He likes travelling, photography and film editing in his spare time.
