Steven Davies

Head of Employment Law 

Steve is Head of the Employment Team at MSB. He joined MSB in November 2021 as a Senior Associate, having previously worked at Aaron & Partners LLP in Chester. Steve has been recommended in the Legal 500 directory of leading employment lawyers. He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has specialised in employment law ever since. 

Steve acts for employers and employees and advises on the full range of employment law matters. He enjoys getting to know his clients and understanding their needs, both legal and commercial, to solve their problems and achieve their goals. Steve conducts his own advocacy at the Employment Tribunal, and regularly conducts presentations and training sessions for his clients. 

Steve lives with his partner, and their very active Border Collie, in a small village in rural Cheshire. Outside of work Steve has a number of interests. He is particularly fond of outdoor pursuits, including long walks in the countryside (usually followed by a visit to a country pub!), travelling abroad, football, fishing and golf. He is also a school governor at a local primary school.
