Thomas Stockton

Overview

Tom works within the Housing and Regeneration team, representing a large number of Registered Providers of Social Housing. Tom specialises in housing disrepair, dealing with all aspects from pre-action protocol steps, to assessing liability and undertaking Alternative Dispute Resolution. Tom also defends any litigated disrepair claims brought against his clients. Tom is currently building a niche LGBTQ+ legal support service within MSB to support LGBTQ+ businesses and members of the community.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)

Tom is part of MSB's LGBTQ+ sub-committee which forms part of the wider EDI committee.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Tom often delivers free training and webinars to people within his sector and has also been invited to speak at the Liverpool Law conference for the past several years.
