Funding options
Usually, these matters will be funded by way of an agreed hourly rate on a case by case basis. We can, however, offer you fixed fees at different stages throughout the defence of your Employment Tribunal claim.
You may also have the benefit of an insurance product that will provide cover in defending Employment Tribunal claims.
