Funding options
We can offer you multiple funding options to consider when bringing a claim.
In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a no-win-no-fee agreement. However, it is more common for claims to be funded by insurance or by an individual paying privately.
We will encourage you to check all insurance policies you hold and enquire whether you have cover for an Employment Tribunal claim. If you do, we will liaise with your insurance company and attempt to convince them to cover your claim, at no extra cost to you.
