Human Rights
Our work
Human Rights breaches can happen in family law cases. This often occurs when local authorities are involved. It is incredibly important that if you believe that your human rights have been breached, you seek the advice of a legal representative.
At MSB, we work with our clients to ensure that their rights are protected at all times, acting on your behalf to safeguard you and your family.

Where an application within family proceedings is not appropriate, we are able to refer you to our public law team who can talk you through the option of making a free-standing application for breach of human Rights.
